OpenJPEG is an open-source JPEG 2000 codec written in the C programming language. The default input for this test profile is the NASA/JPL-Caltech/MSSS Curiosity panorama 717MB TIFF image file converting to JPEG2000 format.

To run this test with the Phoronix Test Suite, the basic command is: phoronix-test-suite benchmark openjpeg.
