These are automatically available to Phoronix Test Suite clients when their OpenBenchmarking.org cache refreshes every two days. If you are trying to run a brand new/updated test and it is reported as not available from the Phoronix Test Suite, try running: phoronix-test-suite openbenchmarking-refresh.
